Lacrima is an ancient grape variety found only in the Marche region, from which it is possible to offer a wine with very individual characteristics.
The enhanced quality is obtained by the thinning and careful selection of the grapes.
The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand when the grapes are at full ripeness.
Area of ‚Äč‚Äčorigin: our vineyard "Fontenuovo" located in the municipality of Senigallia (AN).
Grapes: 100% lacrima.
Soil: clay and limestone.
Training system: Guyot.
Number of plants per hectare: 4600
Maximum output: 1,2 kg a Vite
Harvest: end of September, only by hand, in crates
Winemaking: cold maceration to extract aromas and colour, fermentation in stainless steel tanks using the "Ganimede"
method at a controlled temperature.
Maturation: 9 months in steel tanks on fine lees with continuous batonnage.
Refinement:3 months in bottle

Harvest: mid-September, only by hand, in crates.
Vinification: Short cold maceration in vats "Ganimede",
fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature for about 20 days.
Refinement: 12 months in steel tanks on fine lees with continuous batonnage.
Refining: 6 month in bottle.

Wine made from Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes, grown in our vineyard "Fontenuovo", on the hills near Senigallia.
The thinning and selection of the hand-picked grapes, and a specific and separate vinification for the two vines results in
this very particular wine balance and pleasantness.
Grapes: 75% Montepulciano, 25% Sangiovese.
Soil: clay and limestone.

Vino Visciole is a traditional alcoholic beverage of the Marche, which is obtained from the "aromatising" of wine together with "Visciole",
a variety of wild cherry very common to the Marche region.
We use only the best cherries of our production and our Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Doc wine.
The result is a sweet wine with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste, ideal for meditation and dessert.
Area of origin: our cherries are produced next to our vineyard "Fontenuovo" located in the municipality of Senigallia (AN).
Ingredients: Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Doc 50%, Visciole (Prunus Cerasus) 50%.
Soil: clay and limestone.
Harvesting: only by hand into crates in June for the Visciole cherries and in mid-September for the Lacrima grapes.
Preparation: re-fermentation of the wine with maceration of cherries and subsequent racking.
Refinement: 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Refining: 1 month in the bottle.
Alcohol contest: 10.%
